About OpsRail
We got tired of watching distributors run six figures of stock over WhatsApp.
Most Indian distributors run their sales-to-dispatch pipeline across three disconnected tools — a WhatsApp group for orders, a shared spreadsheet for stock, and Tally for GST at the end of the month. Nobody catches a credit-limit breach until the goods have already left the warehouse. Nobody knows real available stock without a phone call to the warehouse manager. The invoice gets raised whenever someone remembers to raise it.
We built OpsRail to close that gap — one system that runs leads through quotations, credit checks, inventory reservation, dispatch, and GST invoicing in a single, auditable pipeline, instead of five apps that don't talk to each other.
OpsRail is built and operated by YSS Borkar, based in Margao, Goa. We hand-onboard every customer directly — no self-serve signup, no generic setup wizard — because getting territories, pricing, and approval chains wrong on day one is expensive to unwind later.
How we think about it
Three things we don't compromise on.
Hand-onboarded, not self-serve
Every distributor's territories, price lists, and approval chains are different. We set up your instance ourselves and walk you through it, instead of handing you a generic wizard.
The whole order lifecycle, not just the CRM part
Leads and quotations are the easy 20%. The system earns its keep at credit checks, inventory reservation, dispatch, and GST invoicing — the parts generic CRMs leave to spreadsheets.
Enforced by the system, not tracked by memory
A credit limit that anyone can override by editing a cell isn't a credit limit. Stock that's "probably available" isn't inventory. OpsRail makes both of those real, system-level checks.
